SMS Program Terms

By opting in to receive SMS/text messages from Advantage Biomedical Services (ABS), you agree to receive service-related and account-related text messages at the mobile number you provided.

Types of Messages

Messages from ABS may include:

• Service request confirmations and work order status updates
• Appointment and preventive maintenance scheduling and reminders
• Quote and estimate follow-ups related to your service requests
• Invoice and payment notifications
• Equipment pickup, delivery, and repair status notifications
• Customer service and support communications

Consent

You may opt in by providing your mobile number through an ABS website form, service request form, contact or quote form, verbally when requesting service, or another ABS opt-in method that clearly discloses SMS messaging.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or service.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with ABS and services requested. Msg & data rates may apply.

Opt-Out — STOP

You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to an ABS text message. After submitting STOP, you may receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from that messaging program unless you opt in again by replying START.
