About the Portal

Secure Client Records Access

The Client Records portal functions as a secure shared drive where ABS staff upload service documentation including Field Service Reports, Calibration Certificates, and Preventive Maintenance (PM) Certificates. Clients can view and download their records at any time — directly from their secure folder, available 24/7.

Receive Your Credentials
ABS provides secure login credentials when your service agreement is established. Contact us if you need credentials reset or reissued.

Log In to the Portal
Click “Client Login” and enter your credentials to access your secure, dedicated client folder.

Browse, view, and download your service reports, certificates, and compliance documents at any time — 24/7.

New Records Added Automatically
After every service visit, ABS uploads updated documentation directly to your folder. No action required on your end.
